Thursday Boots needed precise reverse fulfillment to resell their high-quality products

Footwear is the second highest returned category — brands like Thursday Boot are used to dealing with high return volumes, as a result. Joe Gullo, SVP of Supply Chain & Logistics at Thursday Boots, explains, "Every footwear brand fits a little differently, and every foot is unique."
