The Role
Two Boxes is seeking an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and results-driven Product Manager to join our fast paced startup. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our core returns processing software and bringing new product concepts to market. Working closely with our CEO and CPO, you will contribute to the strategic vision, roadmap, and overall success of our product and company. You will:
Collaborate with growing cross-functional teams, including engineering and commercial, to define and prioritize product features and improvements
Define and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to the engineering team
Work closely with engineers to ensure the successful and timely delivery of product features and enhancements and coordinate dependencies between multiple engineering projects
Analyze product performance data, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement
Develop a deep understanding of the e-commerce returns industry, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities
Stay up to date with industry best practices, technological advancements, and market trends related to e-commerce and supply chain management
About You
You are an experienced Product Manager
You have proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the software or e-commerce industry
You have a strong technical background and ability to effectively communicate with engineers and stakeholders
You can gather and analyze user feedback, market research, and performance data to drive product decisions
You have excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a strong attention to detail
You are self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
You care about users
Empathy for the users of our products
You contribute to design and product strategy discussions with a broad understanding of both the constraints and opportunities created by technology
You communicate and collaborate effectively and respectfully
You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

The Location
This position is fully remote, but will include occasional travel for customer and partner visits, company offsites, conferences, and more. We work flexibly and support our team members to do their best work regardless of location.
