We are hiring a strategic growth specialist to help drive and grow our business development efforts and our sales pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will know the ins and outs of what it takes for customers to succeed with Two Boxes, serve as a thought partner and lifeline to prospects, partners, and brands.
We are a startup and things evolve quickly, but below are some of the most critical responsibilities for this role:
Manage each component of the business development process and are responsible for ensuring all our top-of-funnel activities are optimized.
Networking, prospecting, and discovery for both inbound and outbound driven sales leads.
Constantly adding new companies and contacts to the CRM along with updating records with data inputs and insights.
Partner development and management
Build strong relationships with our partners and prospects to understand their needs and ensure their success with Two Boxes.
Collaborate with commercial leadership to assist in channel partner sales management, pipeline generation, and marketing initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed partnership and marketing strategies to our leadership and commercial team.
Sales and marketing support
Work cross-functionally with customer success and support functions to create the best possible customer experience.
Responsible for communicating new product launches with partners and prospects.
Be the voice of the customer and act as an internal advocate.
2-5 years of business development or partnership management experience
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Open to feedback and constantly striving to improve
SaaS curiosity or industry experience - we’re a specialized product for returns processing teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Proven ability to educate executive decision-makers, as well as able to build and maintain relationships with them.
Ability to juggle multiple customers with competing priorities.
Detailed-oriented and highly- organized, with a proactive mindset.
Thrives in a fast-moving environment and learns quickly.
Willing to travel occasionally for key customer meetings and events.
This position is fully remote, but will include occasional travel for customer and partner visits, company offsites, conferences, and more. We work flexibly and support our team members to do their best work regardless of location.
