Two Boxes is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers deploy in-warehouse technology and operations as effectively as possible, while also understanding our customers’ needs and advocating for them.
As a Warehouse Operations Lead, you will create trusting, long-term relationships with customers and partner with our technical teams to improve the customer experience. The Warehouse Operations Lead will report directly to the CEO and will also work closely with our product and engineering leadership.
We are a startup and things evolve quickly, but below are some of the most critical responsibilities for this role:
Visit customer-owned and other third-party facilities to understand and document their operations and needs.
Work cross-functionally with our product and engineering teams to plan for and execute deployments .
Create playbooks for onboarding and managing new customer deployments.
Provide training for each customer to ensure effective use of Two Boxes technology.
Lead operational meetings with customers to review trends and opportunities for improvement based on the customer's business needs.
Actively monitor data from each site to improve utilization, address issues, and optimize outcomes for each customer.
Review the performance of each account and engage customers in conversations about renewal and expansion.
Be the voice of the customer back to Two Boxes leadership.
Drive the Warehouse Operations growth strategy and build out the necessary skills and sub-functions. Be able to hire and manage a high performing team.
This position is fully remote, but will include occasional travel for customer and partner visits, company offsites, conferences, and more. We work flexibly and support our team members to do their best work regardless of location.
5+ years working with enterprise customers in a mix of operational and customer-facing roles
Demonstrated ability to deploy and scale new technologies and processes in a warehouse environment
Experience working a within a fast-growth technology company, preferred
Experience in the e-commerce industry strongly preferred
Experience working with a SaaS or platform product preferred
Ability to be strategic, but still roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Willing to travel ~25% for key customer meetings and events
